Our Policies

Payments - We accept credit cards, cash, and Zelle payments only.

Late Fees - After 15 minutes there will be a $15 late fee will be added to your bill. After 20 minutes the appointment will be cancelled, deposit will be forfeited. Please be on time to avoid appointment cancellation.

** If the stylist is late to the appointment $15 will be reduced from your bill.

Deposit - We require a deposit of $25 for any services under $100. Any services over $100 will require a deposit of $50 or more dependent upon the cost of the service. Deposits are non-refundable but and goes towards the balance of your service.

Deposits are forfeited if the appointment is cancelled.

Rescheduling Or No-Show - We require 24 hour notice if you wish to reschedule. If your appointment needs to be rescheduled the deposit is transferrable for the new appointment as long as the is scheduled within 15 days of previous appointment. NO-SHOW APPOINTMENTS WILL BE CHARGED FULL SERVICE AMOUNT.
